MECLA is an international collaboration in music teaching and learning. By exploring and sharing the best teaching practice in the Czech Republic, Denmark, and the UK, we have created MECLA teaching materials that work brilliantly as a yearlong music foundation course for young learners.
Using the MECLA materials and using the platform to mix in your own materials if you like, children will gain a deep understanding of the basics of music.
The MECLA lessons follow a format of Listen Sing and Dance, Explore and Create, and Perform and Share.
